49-54 Chevy disc brake conversion

Was planning on running my "all rebuilt" front drum brakes, or at least thats what the seller said, but the wheel cylinders are garbage, and they run about 60 bucks per side. Figured if I;m gonna spend that much, might as well go for discs.I am thinking of converting my drums to disc, and was going thru the speedway catalog, and every kit they sell for the 49-54 chevy require machining of the spindles. Do they make a kit where you don't have to pull the spindles and have em machined? Anyone done this conversion? Toqwik
