Hey ya'll...just thought I would introduce myself. I've been looking around on the H.A.M.B for a while now, but under someone elses name. My name is Leslie, I'm 24 years old and I'm from Johnson City, TN. Some of you know my big sis (laura200sx) or her boyfriend (HIDDEN). I love hot rods and pretty much anything custom. At the moment, I dont really have any cars/trucks to write about, but hopefully that will change in the near future. I'm getting ready to learn how to weld...so watch out!! lol Just wanna say that I'm excited about becoming a member of such a great and talented group of people (i've seen the talent in the artshows). I love meeting new people so send me a message anytime. :D

Hey there DickiesChick, nice to see a younger girl getting involved in rods and customs, any particular cars taking your fancy? As? 32s? 50s Chev customs?

I would like to offer some advice for you starting out, buy a completed or very near complete car first off do a few mods to it see how things are done THEN start looking into building your own project and putting that welding skill you will gain into it.

Hey chick,
One thing i can vouch for here is that these guys know their stuff. Listen to them and you'll come out with something bitchin.

Thanks for the advice guys. There are several different models that I would want to build. I've got my eye on a Nova Wagon thats been sitting at a near by dealership for a couple of months now....although lack of mula is preventing that dream from coming true at the moment lol. If I had the money, it would be hard to choose on what I would build. Would love to have a 47 Fleetline. Who knows. Donations are very welcome. LMAO. :D
