Hi - I was told I needed an introduction before getting started, so here it goes. I’ve been in and around cars, racing etc. since the fifties. Haven’t learned to get out of yet. I don’t know much about this fancy computer stuff, and will be relying on ThirtyTwo and Jojo for computer assistance. I live in Santa Rosa, California and currently have multiple irons in the fire. I’m currently trying to get my son-in-laws car out of the way so I can have some fun building a old Vallejo ‘37 hardtop to be raced at Sacramento Raceway. I’ve attached a photo of my ‘29 ford roadster that is my regular transport to events and lunch runs. Looking forward to getting involved here.
-Mike

Welcome to the HAMB
So you would be half of Two-Mikes at the June 2000 Hot Rods and Haute Cuisine run?
The braver of the desert on Hwy 395 during a heat wave?
In an open roadster....
Welcome.

Welcome Mr. Maguire. Missed you at tonight's Bonneville prep session, but maybe you're saving yourself for the big thrash just before Speed Week.

[/ QUOTE ] i wouldnt get too worked up mike ,tim was helpin him post im not to sure he has figured out how to turn the thing on yet???
I figured that was probaly what was happening. I talked to him today and he said he's gottta start learning how to drive his computer, and I think you'd be the best one to get him underway. Just don't let him have any coffee for a few hours before you start.
