I'm kind of dissappointed. I was given a tip I could find info here where I could get the information I need to put a '50 Ford on a later model ford chassis with the later runnig gear. So far all I have seen on this site is people haveing hot nuts telling how talented they are.Does anyone out there have any information where I can get the info I need to put a '50 Shoebox Ford on a later Ford chassis with the later running gear? I would appreciate a reply from someone that can really lead me to the info I need. If you want to let me know what a talented wonder you are and pat yourself on the back, don't waste your or my time with a response. If you know what you are talking about, I seriously would like to hear from an experienced craftsman like yourself.
I appreciate your time and experienced response.

I'm kind of disappointed too. But I won't bother you with the details.

You are posting the question on the intro board. Most of the really, really, experienced craftsmen don't read the intro board. Tech questions are answered on the main board - the HAMB (Hokey Ass Message board).

If you post the question there, you will get an answer, which is usually framed by the context of the question. In other words, if you ask with a 'tude, you'll get answers with a 'tude. I'll tell you now that putting it on a newer chassis is much more difficult than just changing the running gear on the original chassis, and they both accomplish the same thing. (I wouldn't do it)
