Hi All,

I remember a LONG time ago, there was a discussion about MIG wire, and a recommendation from some about a particular kind that ground down easier than others...I am using .023 on my 110v Lincoln, for some 18/16 gauge sheetmetal...and I am having to grind my balls of to get it smoothed out and prepped for filling.

It had a name...I can't recall...can you? And...where can I get it? I don't recall seeing any particular brand at the welding shop.

Should be able to get it at most any welding supply. Most wire manufactures make an easy grind type of wire.
Remember kids "easy grind is NOT for structural welding". Safety first!
