Did a bit of cutting-welding on my 27 frame in the past few days. The front of the frame was cut to allow for steering, and to make it look better than a blunt cut 2x6 box.The rear will go over the frame to allow for a rear "bumper" and place for the body to fasten to.Hope to get started on steering tomorrow.

I've only talked to him a few times about this project, but from what I gathered, he wants something along these lines...

jt.
i am worried that the frame is a little "LIGHTWEIGHT" for you.. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
I assume you had to wait till today for the steering parts as tractor supply had already closed for the evening. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
seriously looks alot better with the taper
nice work

JT....looks like you're on your way to winning the "great roadster buildoff" http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Even if it is by default cause I'm gettin a coupe.
Looks a hell of a lot better with tha taper on the front.
