I still want to know what the hell happened to "stock" cars?
I see them at the local speedway, not in Nascar..

my pops a crew chief for a bush team..

this rule is just the tip of the iceburg.. 2 weeks before daytona testing nascar announced modifications that every team would be required to adhere to. specifically changes in spoiler shape and ANGLE as well as the addition of a "BLADE" that protrudes from the roof, just above the drivers head IN the path of airflow..

supposedly this was going to slow the cars down.. dad said that now they should actually go faster in the draft.. cuz the cars are punchin a bigger hole in the air...

and to think we thought nascar was as honest as apple pie...

NASCAR effectively died years ago. I still watch, but the mass-market, politically correct bullshit sucks.

NASCAR, the WWF of auto racing.

NASCAR lost it's soul a long time ago.

NASCAR is fixed. It is fake entertainment for rednecks that are too simple too understand open wheel racecars and road coarses. It is, indeed, the WFF of autoracing... Staged and all... Ever wonder why Tony Stuart is so bitter? I don't. I know why.

Oh yeah, this thread is closed. This is tech week, not fake racing week...
