Planing on doing some serious Wild customizing on my A and will like to know what u think ang give me some idees?? Planing to redo the hole dash and remove it completly and build something to hold the Nash speedo to the right of the steering where i will use a 1960 Fury steeringwheel i will also get a Pushbuttonsystem so i could hide theknobbs for shifting in a box beside the seat!! will also redo the Grill from an Opel truck witch i just shortened 11 cm(4,2") it locks like a 32 grill with out bottom so i will do one and use 58 Buick tooth insted of bars in it and will have 57-58 Eldo Biarrttz taillights if i could get a pair, Will also have a Glasroof like Dale Pettersons 60's A-bone and a 3 point cromed rollcage and some cool old raceseats or seat of any kind!! here are some pics and more will come and so will my idees
Thanks 4 reading......... Halle

Well, if your vision matches mine to any degree, I think it would look pretty cool. Pretty orginal ideas I think.

HAve always loved those cool Custom rods like little Couffin, the Swedish Glowing coupe, Dick Pattersons Wild A so if anyone have any cool custom rod pis send them to me!!!
Tjena Halle...
If you are using all vintage parts, it can't be all wrong, but it has to look esthetically right...
keep us posted, we are quick to judge http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

So, how about using the outer sections of that Biaritz rear bumpa-pater instead of a roll pan under the rear of the body? Just a thought.
You want to really make those roundish taillights look cool? Offset the bulbs and run electric telescoping antennas out through the center horizontally with a bullet at the tip.

Unless you already have the buick grill,
You might want to consider making a "drawer knob" grill...
Instead of SQUARE grill teeth,
You'll have ROUND ones...
Might be cheaper/easier to do with where you are at....?

Halle,
All the pieces look good. I'm still trying to make a picture in my head but I think I got it.
Sounds pretty trick to me, but I like things different.
Don't forget to send pictures as it goes together. Please
Keep us posted as you find parts, or what you need. I'm a good scavenger. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
