help need some adhesive product

I know they sell stuff to glue rubber together , i have even seen infomecials on industrial glues but i want that strong gorilla proof stuff .Anybody have a name and where to get it ?
The first thing i need it to do is glue some pedal car tires , the rubber is like a strand of rope that needs to be connected .Heavier gauge rubber product , THANKS !

It's called Gorilla Glue. It's available at Lowe's and probably Home Depot, too.

MMM has some adhesives that are used to glue door hinges on the bodies of Corvettes, (and I think on my Astro Van) bodies together on "real" trucks and billboards and thosebig green highway signs up and they withstand the winds in the mid west.
