I need help. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.I have the windows power toy re sizer.I have the kodak easyshare program.I see how to resize on the right click powertoys thing,but my pics still don't fit the avatar setting.

I need someone to walk me through this.ANYONE?????:o
