Name that car owner.

I've been trying to use Google to find a picture of the Caddy-powered, channeled '31 roadster with the '39 truck grille, but I don't know the owner's name or his club. I thought it was "Alter Boys" but that's not bringing anything up at all. I'm pretty sure this car is from the east coast and that I've seen it with Pete Flaven's Chevy coupe with the nailhead. Any clues?
