Hello to ya all! Got to admit, primaraly have owned muscle cars! Always loved the oldies, but prices and availability, have put them too far outta my reach. Until...On a smoke break at work, house being sold has a huge pile of garbage. I scored a stainless steel lasagna pan, a two-hole hole punch, a very old fruit or punch bowl, and....a 1938 Master HB. To think they wanted $450 for an old phone booth, but were loading up fenders, hoods, dog house, doors ect to the local scrap yard. So, after ten minutes of me batting my eyelashes, and a fifty dollar bill to each of them, they proceded to unload and reload my truck with all of their 'garbage'.
Well, thats my story and I'm sticking to it. Must be the very first time ever, my husband was actually happy with my dumpster-diving, garbage picking ways. Just in time too, because the day before this find, I dragged home a bright pink formica and chrome kitchen table, but thats a story for another day.....
