What's that little icon below posters' names that looks like a scale? The tooltip says "Add to [whoever]'s reputation".

I think its a way for Ryan to track everyone... see who asks stupid questions or makes dumb posts...

For example, see the two FNG posts back to back on this forum...

Ah, fuck me. I just noticed the post from 2 days ago when it got bumped. Chalk it up to being a FNG
