Any good contacts for car transportation - K City to LA

Just looking for some help here guys, i know some of you have used this type of service before.
I need to move a car from Kansas City to Stanton CA i know i have several options on how to do this!
1, pay a transport company to do it.
2, fly out to K City & U-Haul it there.
3, what limitations do you have in the States with "A" frame towing behind a rental!!
if anyone has advice or other options....tel numbers i would really appretiate it.....don't want to miss this car!

A friend purchased a car from Tulsa OK, and had it shipped here to Florida, and the cheapest company we found was A AAAdvantage out of Arizona.
