For some of ya'll that are looking for cheaper instead of nicer, the Classic Inn may be a good choice. It's about 3 miles down Congress Ave from the Continental Club. Rooms are $40 for 1 bed and $45 for 2 beds. It's not someplace I'd bring my wife on vacation, but I'd crash there with a couple of buddies at a car show.
As a big plus to me, if you ask for a bungalow, you get covered parking. It's a little garage without a door, right next to the room. Also, it's right next door to Hill's Cafe.
