I could only imagine. I hear stories from Lee all the time about cirtain cars being stashed here and there, used for everything from doodlebugs to farm trucks.
I love '32s..like many others, my all time fav hot rod bar none! So finding a gennie frame would make my heart race to say the least!

We found my 5 window body in a shop, in a VERY small town( there was only about 20 houses in the whole town) about 3 hours from here. I figured on finding a model A or something like that considering all the other "32s" i looked at were NOT 32s at all, but this one was the real deal.So i know what your feeling.
It's a pretty damn cool feeling just finding a 'real' part to one of these thing's.
I can't wait til you get going on it!!

didn't find any deuce parts or anything, but i did find a 53 or so chevy truck hood laying alongside rt 22 here in zanesville. kidna dented from flying off of a scrap truck, but plenty of good curved metal to patch my pontiac and make a rool pan with, and a cool emblem to put in the garage to boot!

I found a 34 chassis just like that years ago. was a freebe, but sold it a week later once i got it home. was sitting alongside the I-5 freeway north of woodburn oregon. had passed it for years on my way to work. one day i deceided to stop and look thru the fence. the next weekend i made a visit to the farmer who had it. all i had to do was torch off the big bin on the top of it and it was mine.

That looks exactly like my '32 hay wagon, right down to the trailer tongue and cutoff horns to clear it.
I foumd mine in Carlisle, PA in a farm junkyard (long gone, calm down) that had A, T, Packard, and unidentifiable hay wagons all over--cost me $25 DELIVERED!
The thing arrived at my garage on a farm truck--I was standing by with two friends wondering howinhell we were going to lift a thousand odd pound lump offa the truck. The two Dutch Farmers, a man and his son who must have weighed 350 pounds each, ignored the crowd of scrawny collitchkids and simply picked the thing up, one at each end, and asked were we wanted it put down! These dudes could have crushed a bowling ball in each hand without interrupting their conversations.
That frame is going under my Brookville body soon.
What are your plans/dreams for this thing?

my buddy had bought a duece from a junkyard up past duluth where it had been sitting as the junyards sign! the guy said he thought the frame was somewhere around there but not sure, my buddy looked everywhere no frmae to be found.

I got 18's, have 5.25's on em, checked but hold air and held up the corners. rust wasn't bad, painted up nice. I need an A frame.
