That looks like a piece of 4" schedule 40? Seam welded to a flat piece of 3/8" plate, a bolt through a piece of tubing that has a couple of plates welded to it. Does it pivot?

El Caballo, yes it does pivot.
Distance between it and the round piece is about 9/16.
It also has a piece of angle iron welded to the under side so you can clamp it in the vice.
You can make sharp bends with it, but most of the time you will need shallow ones, so you just "bump" the tube a little, feed it through, and " bump" it some more.
It works best if you turn the seam in the tube to the rounded part in the bender.

DO you think the same style would do 1" or so if built to that size?Neat deal man.........
