disc brake conversion 53 customline

This is my 1st project car, 1953 Ford Customline 2 Dr, I want to know if anyone has info on what vehicle is compatible for a disc brake conversion, I do not want to get this fabricated; im going to the junkyard...also anyone know where i can pickup inner rockers for this?

Any help/suggestions are appreciated

Not sure on the disc brakes, but as for sheetmetal, while I haven't used any of these guys I'd recommend checking out the following places:
