I'm just wondering who it was that took all the great pix of us at Mo-Kan. There was a link to the pictures, and I think we could buy a disc or tape, also. Anyone have that info... or the link? I tried a search, but couldn't find anything...

Ummm... ASSDRAGGER... I hate to say it, but you don't have to skin 'em. Just wash 'em really good, then take a torch and scorch the hide. That'll burn off all the hair. Scrape the whole thing and wash it, again. Cook that puppy up and around 300 degrees the spine will *snap* and bulge up in the center to tell you he's ready. The skin is good, too, like potato chips. Oh and the cheeks.... Muah!

Maybe I should make this into a tech post.

That was the plan, after they couldnt get the hole dug we decided to quarter the pig...guess I could`ve left the skin on then but I think we decided against it when I talked to Tman.
