I need ideas on how to make my 302 look good. I've got a set of old finned aluminun valve covers to run, but any ideas/pics would really help. thanks

Leave the hood closed.
I hope it's a stroked 283

I wish, but it's a brand new crate motor I got from a buddy for $500. It will get my 65 f-100 moving though.
whatever works...try a cool big air cleaner or something...

I'll be nice as I'm a bit of a fan of the Windsor. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
The finned rockers will go a long way, but to get away from the "mullet-mobile" look you're going to have to carb up!
You can get tri carb setups, but I like the twin quad look too. More suited to the vintage of the truck anyway.
I thought I had a pic somewhere of the engine in this car...

It was a twin quad 289, Offy intake I think, with finned rocker covers etc, it looked cool. I can't believe I didn't take a pic of it!!!
Not quite the same is it? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
