Hey All,
A few people have told me about this place for the last couple of years. I have been checking you out since August and finally decided to join up. There has been a lot of interesting stuff on here that I wanted to reply to also. The Pile Up is one of them. I can not wait till sat. I hope to have my 33 Ford truck there. I wanted to get signed up and meet you all there too. Hopefully my Indian Motorcycle Co truck (the 33) will make it and not break down. I think I have about 125 mile trip to get there. This will make my 3rd time there and 1st with a vehicle there. Hopefully my sectioned 49 Chevy truck will make it next year. My dad and I are building it. He took out 5 inches in the cab a couple of weeks ago. We plan on 3 out of the roof next. Got to go.

hey Scott, welcome aboard! I'll be at the Pileup... check out the meet and greet (there is a post about it that Max Wedge started)

Thats the best way to meet the HAMBers... but probably half of the people you see looking at a ride that sparks your interest will be on here!

I'll be around all day... and will hopefully make it to the meet and greet. If I'm sober.

Welcome!! It's good to see another Northern Illinoiser ( or is it Ill-annoyer?) on the board.

Your 49 Chevy truck sounds like it's gonna be sweet. I hope to make it to the Pile-Up and meet some more HAMBers. Maybe I'll see you there!

Ya I will be checking out he vendor section for sure. I got the seats I might use in the 49. The 33 could use something with alittle more comfort, esp. on this trip.

What does it take to be one of the guys at the gate? Probably loud voice, big arms and not take crap from anyone. LOL
