Maybe it is called "Big Daddy"! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
I have seen two different new shows advertisied lately. There is Rides on TLC and American Rodder on Discovery. Both are comeing soon. Can't wait! Finally some good TV.
-The guy formally know as Big Daddy,
now known as The Original Big Daddy,
not to be confused with Bigdaddy,
Big Daddy Don Garlits or Big Daddy Ed Roth.

They have been advertising both shows a lot, hopefully they put as much effort into the show as they are all the advertising.

There are actually 2 shows; Rides hosted by B-Walsh a.k.a. Jason Priesly. and Rods...the American Chopper like show that follows Boyd Coddington around his shop and show how he makes "Rods" like Jesse James makes Choppers. You're both right http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I know way too much about this shit...it's snowing here, and there isn't anything else going on.

Boy, that first episode of american hot rod was LAME. It was cool that it was about cars and all, but they added all this fake drama, like the old seceratary yelling at everyone, everyone hating that purple and yellow paintjob, and that stupid kid that was going to jump over the car with his wheelie shoes......
Cant wait until it comes out either. HAHA.....Boyd coddington has the coolest ride of them all, that scooter.
Now all they need is a traditional hot rod/chopper show, hosted by Rocky, or bY GeEM. I'd watch it

This show could be interesting. I am particularly interested in The Moal and Road to Riddler. The Moal is about fabricator Steve Moal and his family owned shop. Road to Riddler will cover a couple of this years Riddler contenders. This should be good. As for American Hot Rod, I was disappointed that all the pilot showed was how to screw together a 'glass body car with a ton of off the shelf parts. I hope for their sake they build some steel cars so people can see what how much work it takes to make a Hot Rod of of a pile of rusty parts. Just my $.02 Eric
