Grand National Roadster Show - Pomona Who's going?

There's at least a half dozen of us from CT/Mass going to the show at the end of January.

Does anyone know if there are any special events being planned to coincide with the Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona? Up in Oakland Bob Dron always had a big shindig at his place for those that didn't make the cutoff for the show. I was wondering if there were any open houses or local shows being planned.

nothing special i know of but if your coming this far the turlock swap meet is the same weekend i think its about a 4-5 hour drive from pomona but deffinetly worth it if you like the early stuff. our plan is to head up to the roadster show early friday morning, take a look around then continue on to turlock for the rest of the weekend, and hopefully come home with a truck load of junk.

One last BTTT before we head west. We're out of here Wednesday and back the 28th after the show so don't be surprised if you don't hear from me for a while.

Bob's Big Boy in Burbank is every Friday night right?

I see that they're going to have a bunch of the AMBR winners at the Peterson during the time of the show in Pomona.

We're planning on hitting the show Saturday the 24th. Any chance of a HAMB meeting like at noon or something?

i plan on going. are there a lot kustoms and rat rods there? or is it mostly an all "billet" show? it'd be cool to see some of you guys but i don't know what you look like, lol.
