I am working on a deal with a guy who needs some work on his home for a really nice 29 A truck he has. Heres the deal the truck i am thinking is a shortened dump truck or something since is has an odd rear spring set up instead of the leaf that run perpendicular to the frame rails this are short 1/2 spring that run off the frame. Also it has the old foot shifter. But its still on spoke rims unlike the AA. There is no bed or grill shell and the plate on the firewall is just plain worn out. Is there any other marks that will give this away.. Its an express cab 4 banger and the old pinion over ring rear.

Any Ideas?

Large spoke wheels were used on the early '28 Express trucks, as well as long splach aprons instead of the ones that stop behind the cab. Most Model A's at this point have had so many parts swapped it would need to be seen on person to decipher all the clues.
