looking at putting jaguar xj12l suspension under my 34 ford 5-w coupe........ Don't get the wrong idea it will not be chromed, etc. Older parts are hard to find around the house and the car less engine and trans was free.......and a 3.31 posi to boot..... Use rear with a 2"x3" rect. tube frame for a fullsize car with a backhalf job....got it in a trade from a friend........ The IFS will fit the frame but the IFS is now foward more than in the original car and the engine is "set back" more than the stock car....I know this will cause a rough ride but trying to get good handleing and use the old cars kick A@@ brakes........ any ideas to change this to the better.....
