btw, what's up w/ the attitude around this place. freaky. I have a 48,same as 50. It`s on the shelf for now in favor of a 46 1/2 ton with a lot better body.. Had 455 Poncho in it for a long time, drove the heck out of it ,never finished it. I have since picked up some bodyworking skills so the 46 has a chance. If you wern`t so far away you need my 48. The chassis is set up with Chrysler t-bar front end ,ps pb tilt, Stainless dash ,perfect hood. Can sen pics by email if interested.Jerry:D
Thank you for the welcome, it is nice to hear from some ugly truckers...here's my latest money pit.
Thank you for the welcome, it is nice to hear from some ugly truckers...here's my latest money pit.that's a pretty decent looking start. how are the front fenders where the top and bottoms join? most of them in the midwest are rusted clear through there. and the bottoms rears of the front fenders usually are too.

Well, i'm luck that this is an original california truck and it is nice n' dry. No through rust, just surface. However, i haven't down the tear down yet, so who knows what i'll really find.
