54 Dodge Inline Flat SIX - Specs - Need some help -

I have a 54 Dodge with the flat 6 in it.
Well it needs some tuning up and I can't seem to find specs anywhere.

I need Timing, Dwell or Gap, Plug Gap and anything else you think might help out.

The car sounds like it is running pretty rough, though driveable. It just has zero power compared to what I 'THINK' it should be.

I also have a couple cyliders fouling the plugs (rear two).

Any help would be much appreciated.
