331 HEMI Carb

Need a 2 barrel carb for a 1954 HEMI 331..
Any one got laying around?
Just want to see if I can get it to run first. Then I will go from there.

If ya know any one looking,,,I have 2 331 complete motors (runners) fan to fly wheel, oil pan to air cleaner 2500 each and a 2x6 square offy intake w6 94carbs and linkage 1100 takes it

If you just want to get it running, make an adapter, and put on something common like a Rochester 2GC from a Chevy 327 (to get it running) which you should be able to pick up locally.

Most of the early 1950's Chrysler 2 barrels had aluminum throttle bodies with coolant running through the throttle body to preheat the mixture. As most drivers were too cheap to refresh the inhibitor in the antifreeze annually; virtually ALL of these carburetors have been bitten by the electrolysis bugs and suffered a terminal disease.

These units are both RARE and EXPENSIVE.
