How do i change the clock time ?

How can i change the clock time as when i registered i put in London zone it has come up with another part of the worlds time zone ??/

Go to your "user cp" in the black bar at the top of the forum page. Click there and then click the "edit options" line. Scroll down and you will see a place to change it to + or - GMT time to match with your area.
