hi,my name is nailhead55, been a long time I did a post so if I F**K this up sorry,question is I have a 55 buick special 2 door 264 nailhead, dynaflow took a dump on me got four years out of it want to keep the rearend,someone on here took the torque tube off and put a yolk on it but I cant find it could anyone help me out and find that post or show me how they did it,a big thanks if you guys could help!!

Man, it was the rearend on my '55 that died on me...the tranny still lives! the propellar input shaft went out of balance and fucked up the the innards of the rear end and bent the torque tube. I will most likely be putting a 700r4 behind my nailhead and a 9" in a year or so. Whenever the Dynaflow dies. The 264 nailhead is running strong so it ain't comin out yet. how's your nailhead? don't talk to other 55 buick guys very often. later

PM me and I'll be more than happy to tell you the tale of going open drive shaft on my '55. Already did it once on here, so no sense taking up more of Ryan's space.
