8mm Video of Connecticut Dragway

    Only a mile or two as the crow flies from where I grew up. About ten or so miles as the car drives. Unfortunately, I only managed to get there a few times when I got older before they shut it down.

    Many memories from Connecticut Dragway.

    Sure wish it was still there instead of being used by Consumer Reports for testing passenger cars and things like that.

    There must be a lot of 8 mm/super8mm reels still out there in the attic or basement.
    Some of us have put a bunch together and got them on dvd of our defunct local strip.Real good ,too.

    Used to go the Conn. Dragway in the early 60's when I was in the Navy. Great memories.
