Johnny, without sounding stupid, can you give me a little more info on the relationship of triumph/johnson motors?

Brush...allz I know is that an L.A. fella named Bill Johnson bought a cycle dealership in 1938 and expanded to include Triumphs, entering them in SoCal race events to help promote sales.....The detailed history of JoMo is best left to the experts,of which I figure into NOT one iota!
I'm doing a jacket for the Mad Viking and want it accurate...if you can score that logo for me, I'll send you a nekkid pic of SkateFink....(I got it from ToyGhoul)...

Speaking of another pretty image, why not make "Nekkid Sk8Fink COOKIES"? Use a jellybean and two raisins for....well,you get the picture....

Johnson Motors was the Triumph and Ariel distributor for the western United States into the late '60s when Norton-Villiers-TRiumph was formed and the manufacturer took over distribution chores. JOMO was originally located on West Colorado in Pasadena, California. The facility included a large, classy showroom that often had no more than four or five different models on display. Also on display much of the time were cutaway motors mounted on pedestals. Neat stuff, bitchin' place.

JOMO frequently bought fourth-cover ads in CYCLE magazine as well as prominent full-page ads in CYCLE WORLD in the '60s, and these would be good sources of logo images.
