Ridge Reamer by All Power Manufacturing Company in Montebello, CA,the original operating instructions for this tool are present, it comes in the original box and can ream cylinders from 2 13/16 - 3 5/16 and 3 5/8 - 3 13/16. I looks to have been used lightly. $45.00
