Never having much else to do---I couldn't help but notice:

"were" should be "We're"...a contraction of We are, and a cap letter W should be used since it's at the beginning of a statement.
Avenue should have an initial cap--after Forrestal, Orange and Forrestal...it's the correct way of showing a street name.
"make you..." think that should be "make your..." Do Floridians really talk like that?
"youll" should be spelled with an apostrophe..."you'll". It's a contraction of "you all"...mmmmm, no, think that should be "you will".
"blaock" s/b "blocks"...guess that's the only obvious one everyone else could catch...
Might want to get these corrected before you print!
