I'll try to make this short and to the point. I've been a lurker, love the cars, the style and most of the attitudes. I've always said I was going to build something when I had enough money, had enough time, had, had, had, until one day I realized time was running out and I sure as hell wasn't getting richer so I started my first project, a Total Performance T and guys, I've loved every minute of building this "kit". I came down with rhumatoid arthritis a few years ago and going out to the garage when I feel like crap has been the best therapy money can buy. I'm almost done with this one and just starting on a 650sx Yamaha but I've got my eyes open for a dare to be real different something I can take to some of your gatherings without getting my ass kicked. Thanks for having me.

Man, I was beginning to wonder if I really screwed up with the intro. I know most of you guys don't care much for glass but it's my first one and it's been a great confidence builder. I've tought myself pretty basic mechanics, welding (gas and mig) painting (which I still suck at) and how not to get so p-ssed off you start throwing things. I feel like I'm ready to work on some real steel, just got to find the right project.

p.s. the shop is new (god bless home equity loans!!)

Naw,thats a good intro. It is a special feeling that you get, knowing that you created something from nothing.(And now the state is actually allowing you to drive it on public roads)
