You might be able to stick them out here in the dez until you have something more permanent. Usually if you talk to the inspector, and tell him you are making progress, like move one car, they will give you time. As long as youre not a dick or ignore them, they will work with you. Good luck, Ray.

thanks for the feedback guys, my 56 olds is pretty much done... gonna try to reg it today then park it in his driveway until i fix the leaf springs. my 35 p/u is on hold until i get a MIG, there wasnt a set time to finish it..however, tentatively it was expected to be a 1-2yr project..
my friend also has a 50 shitbox we had just picked up last weekend, we might get away with covering and leaving it in the driveway... he also has a 60 cad limo we were going to chop, but, will probably need to sell it off. so, worse comes to worse, there are 2 vehicles that need storage... both rolling and steerable, and 1 extra 35 truck cab.
happy - would probably need to store until the city gets off our back... im not sure when that would be, where are you located in LA? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
desrtR - going to give them a call today, id deffinately work with them...shit, we have too many vehicles to work on anyway
luke J - ill give them a whirl, hopefully ill find something close by
thanks again
