Wanted! 37,38 Chevy Car! Plate On Frame

I need the Metal Plate That Master Cylinder & Pedals Mounts To for a 1938 Chevy Car This plate is behind steering box & on top of frame! Mine is cuttoff & I could sure use one Could also use Pedals & Master Cylinder!
