Hi, I'm a doghouse bass player in a rockabilly band here in Napier in New Zealand. From age14 to 38 I had 36 coupe, 34 coupe, T tub, 38 std coupe, 37 sedan, 47 pickup, 49 pickup, 57 custom 300, Popular and T bucket. I then gave rodding away for 20 years, but playing some gigs at rodding events stirred up the juices once again. I've picked up a 1955 Plymouth Savoy with flathead six which I'm rebuilding as a 50's cruiser, retaining the sixer and lowering, with wide whites, skirts, lakes etc.

Well now, another Kiwi. As long as you don't go on about a root in the dunny, you should do fine!:D
I play slap as well as a few others here on the HAMB. Oh and my uncle has a 55 Plymouth Plaza 2 door sedan with an inline I'd LOVE to get my paws on!! Great car!
Welcome!!

Cheers guys. I've been lurking here a while, thought it wuz about time I said hello. My band is "Black Snapper". I tried to upload a pic of the Plymouth but the file is too large (134kb) and the limit is 80kb.

Email it to me at dutchssgrrl@aol.com and I'll resize it for you. OR you can just upload the free software if you like!:D
