28 slide spring??

will change my homemade spring (for model A crossmember/32 frame) to a correkt one
I like to by it at speedway (posis super slide) - but I wonder witch one will fit right and give me a smooth ride - the 1" or 2" below a stock spring - witch one would you choose with a 350/350 combo in the car?

I've used the "flat" Speedway spring with reversed eyes and the black plastic buttons. It about 7 leaves and worked and fit well on my 4" dropped magnum axle. I used a flathead v/8 that's about 50 lbs lighter than your chevy...no appreciable difference. I was happy with mine but to look nice, you'll probably want to grind tapers in the leaf ends and round them.....
