Just a bit about me so you know who the hell I am when I post http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif I am another Mexican(the australian kind) and have been into Hot rods all my life, all 15 and a half of 'em! I'm planning my first Hot rod project, a 28-29 Model a Roadster P/U, most likely with flathead power, 40's radius rods and whatever else I can find! My dad has been into hot rods since the 60's, and we currently have a 32 Hiboy roadster and a 56 Fairlane Victoria.
I have been building a website for the past year or so to expose Aussie hot rodding, which is http://www.geocities.com/aushotrods (yeah I know spam http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif)
looking forward to meeting you guys, Sean

Just to clear it up, we're all from victoria, the southernmost mainland state, hence the south of the border/mexico reference....

G'day lowsquire
Its on every second tuesday of the month, in the Car park near the terminals. IT would be a great nostalgia drag meeting place, but they still do run planes there, mostly private owned and smaller ones. I just made a page up of pics from the recent one at my website.
