, my truck really hasn't been touched since june, it still don't steer, or have brakes, or a floor, or a radiator, BRAKES, Driveshaft, or much else, but the goal is to hit goodguys in waukesha wisconsin Sept 28th, and of course the hunnert car pileup in sycamore IL....I brought this wreck home SEPT 18th last year, hopefully I will take it for a rip around the block before the one year mark....... here is what it looks like tonight......LUKESTER

Here is the interior, I had to replace all the wood that was MISSING with metal, It will have "race car style" aluminum panels to cover up all the structure...... LUKESTER

Here is the door jamb,... I bought a scrapped out 38 cab, and cut MOST of the skeleton out of it, and modified it to fit in my 35'. There is a SMALL amount of square and rectangular tubing in it, but when you open the doors you see factory stampings instead of square stuff. I would NOT do it again, it was WAY too much work.... but it turned out pretty nice.... its Too bad that I am going to scab the rest of the truck together..LOL....... LUKESTER

Looking spiffy man. At least you have a goal. My Chevy is just a bare frame on the floor right now. I flipped it over and have been checking and grinding on all the welds I did upside down the first time. Hopefully I can get mine on the road on the 1 year mark too, which is around Thanksgiving. I hope I can get to the pileup to check yours out.
