We use a 'JET' brand bandsaw with a diamond blade and a $25 water pump. It only takes one pass to create the finished product.

Chop,
I never thought of using a tile saw to cut glass. I still hire someone else to do that part (and have for a very long time).
Instead of rigging up a belt sander I just had a thought. Look around and get one of those lapidary things. Thay have the diamond grinder on them and already have the water rigged. Usually find 'em cheap in the class adds (people want to make jewelery then the new wears off).
Just a thought.

Uh, sorry for jumpin' in in the middle of your post. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
