Photo chopping

Here is a good question, I only have paint on my computer but I want to try some photo chopping are there any free downloads that I can get to do this, if not what one should I buy?

paintshop pro - it's free for 30 days and cheap if ya like it....

or do what i did - go buy adobe photoshop elements....it's the cheap version of photoshop...does everything ya want for $90 bucks

I found at the adobe site you can download the full version of photo shop for 30 days

i have the full version of photoshop on my comp and i dont know how to use it can someone teach me please??........JAMIE
