After lurking for ages, it's time to do the intro. I've been into rods and customs since I was a kid and love makin stuff. My current ride is a highboy roadster which I started 11 years ago and has been on the road going on 7 years now. It's a driver. Current project is a 39 Standard "Sloper" (unique to OZ fastback Tudor) which is getting the Westergard/Bertolucci style treatment (of course I'm lovin riksters customs stories). Apart from all the usual shit that it's getting, I missed a 42 Packard Clipper grille on ebay so i did the only natural thing - I'm nearly done makin' one. Except it's made to flow with the shape of the front of the Ford etc etc etc. Anyway, it all stainless and I think will work great. A better fit than the Parckard would have been. Also helps get rid of the hood beak. Is that enough? Don't want to dribble....because I could.
