Hi, Have been a lurker for quite awhile and finally decided to sign up. I live in Monticello, In (about 1/2 between Chicago and Indy) I've got a '32 roadster and '56 F100. http://photo.starblvd.net/~Packs32hotrods/1-3-2.jpg

My apologies for the glass body, someday the right deal will come for a real one. The coupe was my brother's

Welcome aboard. Good intro with pics!! If you hadn't told anyone it was glass most of us wouldn't be able to tell. You came at a perfect time, this is Tech Week.

Love the Ford! What drivetrain is under the effie? Really good stance.

Thanks, The truck was already sub-framed when I got it. Best I can figure it is late 70s GM. Drives great and sees lot's of daily use, weather permitting.

Welcome Packman.
Your truck is dead on.
The pic gives the look of rust brown.
Is it primer or what?
This is tech week so if its something else
lets here it.

I painted the truck. It's rustoleum red oxide and white primers. Kind of the fake patina look that some like, some don't on here. It was thinned down, brushed on, and sanded w/ red scotch-brite pads.

How big is that garage? - 3 doors on the front and looks like 2 double doors on the gable end? Do you work for a door manufacturer?

My garage is something like 28x32. 16' door offset to one side and the gable brought out 4' for an overhang. Of course, there never big enough. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Here's a pic... http://photo.starblvd.net/~Packs32hotrods/1-4-4.jpg

Hmmm, my garage is about 3 feet wide and a touch longer, but if anybody needs some build space I can rent you a corner of it, cheap http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
