Caught that crap too, huh? Supposed to be one bad season for it... I was sick for about a week with it. Still got a pretty bad cough from it.

Shit I just read Ryans post bout deleating off topic stuff, so now i gotta turn this post into something on topic...hmmmm think think.......... OK I know, I just bought a wrecked early 80s impala with sbc/350th to use as a donar for my 53 chev, being as I havn't really ever fabricated anything, I am goin to need some guidance as to which way to aproach this... I think most likly I am going to clip it with another suspension like a montecarlo or somethin... but... I have never even seen anyone do this in person so I don't know where to start. AS for tools I pretty much got all the tools I would need. I told yall the only reason the 53 was takin so long was because I was tryin to get all the parts cheap, well I got the impala for the tow bill and the centerlines off it went on my Jimmy lol. Anyways it should donate alot to the 53. Like everything lol.

but with the new clip comes good brakes, good handling and already can bold a sbc in it. Plus the old ifs is wore the fuck out.

honest to god, I don't care if this car is rusted to the beltline, and the trunk lid is held down with a hanger. As long as I can go get in it, fire it up and drive it anywhere. I got a rear outa a 77 f-body for it as well. I just wanna drive it lol. I'll worry bout cosmetics when I can drive it lol.
read some of the new tech being put up it should help you quite a bit, and i think not to long ago fat hack had a post that ended up having alot of subframe info in it
