is it bolt on 1936-1937 drums on 1939-40/ 1946 brakes ?

just one small question
i got 1936-37 wheels and drums and hubcaps,
is it a bolt on to use on 1939-1946 brakes?
does it work on all or just the early?

do not really want to use the 36-37 mechanlical brakes, me want juice brakes!! but use the 36-37 wheels and hubcaps
