Crankshaft markings...What do they mean?

While removing some surface rust from my 392 Hemi stroker crank, I discovered some letters stamped into the crank. They are stamped just as they are typed:

DELTA
1701
HC
CW
GM

I also found a 4.531 which I'm assuming is the stroke.

Look around in some circa 1960 Hot Rod mags for ads--I think Delta was a fairly well known crankshaft/hardcore engine part company. I dimly remember stuff like girdles and heavy main caps.
