HAHAHA! Nah but the new house is like 2 minutes from this place!
Here's the veiw for the front yard. It's 2500 sq. ft. with 25x30 shop in the back on a half acre. Lots of room for my junk and studio! Haven't got it yet but should be a done deal by next week. I HOPE...

It's in the Osoyoos/Oliver/Keromes area. I got the guys contact info. Lots of good parts but not too much for buildable cars. Lots of rotten junk. More 50's than anything. Drop a line and I'll hook you up.

Let's see. My first guess is those biker dudes in Oliver down by the river. There is Pud's in Osoyoos, but that is rattler country and your pics don't look like that.
