Well, I am going to assume this is the start of this weeks show. Didn't do anything this week but found some things in a folder at work I had saved. Hate to even show them with Brushes work but it will keep it at the top.
First three just doodle from old notebooks kept for reference.
Second, something I did for an on line logo contest.
Third, First art I ever posted on the HAMB.
Don't own a scanner so just snapped some digi shots.

Jeff your work is fantastic as usual! I have finally made room on my garage walls to hang those beautiful pieces you sent me.I don't think I'll even take the wrapping off!
A couple license plates and a car I just did this morning.Even had an air-conditioned garage to paint in! The pic was originally a sign he had and I modified it to include his business name.

I've never gotten up the nerve to post any pictures in the art show before, so this'll be my first. I found two old galvanized milk coolers in my garage when I moved into my new house. They have a "Wilson's Dairy" logo painted on the front. As soon as I saw them I thought they should be striped. Today I went to Painter's Supply to pick up a couple new colors of 1-Shot, including this Ivory, and found out they carry Mack brushes. So I finally have a good old 00 Mack. I was using the "Mach One" before. It was okay, but this is much better. So, here it is (in poor lighting)...

This is a project I've been having fun with for the past couple of years..these are called 'Carp!' Theyre cast resin, hand made and painted by me..they're goldfish with the front ends of fifties cars..there's six models so far..this is most of them I think..I sell 'em at shows for $75-$100 bucks depending on the paintjob. I've enjoyed this project as its given me the chance to really explore color for the first time. Sold a mess of 'em...lol

Well, I'm no artist so I had my buddy Ferby (also a HAMBer) paint up a sign that WhizzerRick did for me months ago. Huge props go out to Rick and Ferby for this.
First, the mock up in Photoshop by WhizzerRick. He also sent me the EPS that we used to make this happen.
http://img287.echo.cx/img287/9495/doorpic5wh.jpg
Ferby took the EPS and transferred it to a large format printer. We measured the door and figured out how big to print out the EPS. The large format print was put on top of tracing paper, and the tracing paper was put on top of shelf paper. The shelf paper was stuck to the door to make a stencil. Ferby traced the large fomat print out on to the shelf paper and cut out a stencil. Black was painted onto the stencil and the white was done by hand. He had some issues with pulling the stencil off maybe a little too early. Some of the black pulled up, but he touched anything up by hand. Here's a step by step photo journey. I think it came out great.

Man, your guys are off the wall this weekend. Great stuff!
Been doing some real work lately (which is good) Got 2 newer Desk Top Art Work cars done in the last few weeks, both were sold cars. Both are all steel construction.
I screwed up and posted the wrong pic the first time, so now you get the pic of car #43 before the pic of car #42. What can I say??? Oops.
This Weekly Art show some times prompts us to work a little harder to have something to post up. Friday was 90 degrees with 90% humidity. Instead of sitting back and just sweating, I actually worked hard to finish Desk Top Art Work # 43. This one isn't even due to be done for another couple months, but it was coming out so well I was extra motavated to finish it up.
Desk Top Art Work # 42. This all steel car measures just under 10" long, is about 3" wide and about 3" high.Gene
